IMPORTANT PRODUCT RECALL NOTICE
At Chews Life, we take the quality and safety of our products very seriously, and we’re reaching out
to notify you of an important safety recall regarding our silicone rosaries and decades. As you would imagine, we have always focused on the quality and safety of our products. As part of our design, we have always made certain to use a safety snap clasp on all of our silicone rosaries and decades.
We have identified an issue with the Affected Safety snap clasp, pictured below, and are recalling a batch of products
purchased between January 2024 and April 2024 that used this safety snap clasp.
(Purchases made prior to January 2024 are not affected.)
If you purchased Silicone Rosary or Silicone Decade during the time frame of January 2024- April 2024 we are repairing them at no cost. The steps on how to send an affected product in for repair are listed below.
How to return your affected Silicone Rosary or Silicone Decade for Repair

Please include your name and how many items you have that have the Affected Safety Snap Clasp
Step 2: Shipping Instructions:
You will be sent a link to a registration form, and your prepaid label to return your product(s) for repair.
Step 3: Re-Clasping Process:
The reclasping process will take approximately 4 weeks. Once your item is re-clasped, we will ship it back to you using the shipping information you provide in the form.
HAZARD:
The safety snap clasp pictured on the left, sold between January 2024- April 2024 can detach, posing a choking hazard.

Description: This recall involves Chews Life Silicone Rosary teethers including models Assisi, Little Flower, God’s Grace, Cecilia, John the Baptist and Divine Mercy, and Chews Life Silicone Decades teethers including models Genesis, Maccabees, Ester, Wisdom, Divine Mercy , Psalm and Proverbs. The recalled teethers are made of multi-colored beads with a cross at the end. Each teether has a two-piece safety snap clasp.
Remedy:
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled teethers and contact Chews Life to receive a free repair (see instructions above). Consumers will be provided with a prepaid shipping label to return the recalled teethers to Chews Life. Chews Life will mail consumers the repaired teethers at no charge.
