IMPORTANT PRODUCT RECALL NOTICE

At Chews Life, we take the quality and safety of our products very seriously, and we’re reaching out 

to notify you of an important voluntary safety recall regarding our silicone rosaries and decades.


As you would imagine, we have always focused on the quality and safety of our products. As part of our design, 

we have always made certain to use a safety snap clasp on all of our silicone rosaries and decades.


We have, however, identified a potential issue with one batch of the snap clasp pictured below

that was used on products purchased between January 2024 and April 2024. 

(Purchases made prior to January 2024 are not affected.)

HAZARD:

Part of the clasp can break off posing a risk of choking.  (The beads do not come off.) 

Please see the image of the affected clasp.


Out of an abundance of caution, we are informing you today as a valued Chews Life Customer, If you have purchased a rosary or decade during this time with the clasp pictured. We are asking that you immediately stop letting your child use this and return your rosary or decade back to us for reclasping.

What's Next?

To ensure the continued safety and functionality of your rosary or decade, we ask that you follow the steps below for reclasping. 

We will provide store credit to reimburse you for the cost of shipping your product(s) back to us.

How to Return Your Rosary/Decade

Step 1: Fill Out the Registration Form:

Please complete the form linked below. You’ll need to provide the following information:


- The item(s) you’re returning
- Quantity of Items
- Your contact information

Step 2: Shipping Instructions:

Ship your item to us via USPS Ground Advantage. The shipping cost will range from $3.00 to $4.50. To reimburse you for this cost, we’ll send you a $15 shop creditMake sure to include a slip of paper with your return that has contact info that matches the contact information provided in the Registration form 

Step 3: Email

Email Sandy (Customer Care) sandy@chewslife.com with your USPS tracking

number and she will send your store credit.

Step 4: Re-Clasping Process:

The reclasping process will take approximately 4 weeks. Once your item is re-clasped, we will ship it back to you using the shipping information you provide in the form.
