Refund Policy

Chews Life Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at Chews Life, operated by Organic Mama's LLC.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 15 days of delivery. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. If you need to exchange a product, please visit our page and give us the information needed to accept an exchange.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and confirm it is eligible for a refund. It may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show on your credit card or bank statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you may not be eligible for a refund.

Gift Returns

If you purchase a gift for another individual, we will allow up to 45 days for the refund policy to be initiated. They must have proof of purchase and let our team know it was a gift. We will need the order number and date of purchase. 

Required For Refunds

We will require a USPS tracking number. Please email hello@chewslife.com with the tracking number and the date you mail your item back. The package should be addressed like the example below.
