Return, Repairs and Exchanges
We are so sorry the product is not what you expected. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to ensure your satisfaction. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase if it has not been worn, chewed, or tampered with and is in the original packaging. We are happy to provide an exchange for another item that may suit you better or we will issue a full refund as soon as we receive the product back to our headquarters if that is what you prefer.
As per our Returns Policy, all sales for custom orders, collaborative products, clearance, promotional and discounted stock are final and no returns or exchanges can be processed, so please choose carefully.

REPAIRS:
We are happy to repair your Chews Life Traditional Gemstone Rosaries, Rosary Bracelets or Silicone Rosaries for you!
Please note that silicone products are eligible for repair within 3 years of purchase. We are no longer able to repair silicone items older than 3 years because silicone and related components may naturally degrade over time through regular normal wear from chewing, stretching, sunlight, temperature changes, daily use, storage conditions, and aging, we cannot guarantee the long-term integrity of older rosaries once repaired. We understand these pieces are very meaningful, and we truly appreciate your understanding. As a courtesy, we would be happy to offer you a discount toward the purchase of a replacement rosary.

Silicone - Unless the item was misused (for example: immersed in water, chewed by an older child or pet, or cut) we will repair these free of charge. However, if a dog chewed it or if the item was misused, there is a $10 fee for the repair. Customer is responsible to pay shipping to send the item in for repair. Chews Life will cover the cost of shipping the item back to the customer.
Gemstone - If a rosary bracelet breaks within 30 days of use, we will repair it free of charge. Outside of this scenario, the $10 repair fee applies.
Please allow 2 weeks for our team to repair the item and return it to you. Repair times may be extended during peak times (Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, First Holy Communions, Confirmations)
EXCHANGES:
We want you to love your product and are happy to provide an exchange. We accept exchange requests within 30 days of purchase if it has not been worn, chewed, or tampered with and is in the original packaging.
Please indicate what item you are returning to us and what item you would like in exchange on the form above. You will receive an invoice or a partial refund for the difference if the item you choose is a different price than the original item.
Your exchange will be sent out as soon as we receive your original order back to our headquarters.

Apparel & Accessories:
We love to collaborate and partner with other companies, that create extremely great products and at a great price for our customers.
When we do offer these items on chewslife.com, such as t-shirts, coffee mugs, water bottles, phone cases, pillows, etc, they are not created "in house". For items not created in house, we will include this information on the description, which you can see before adding it to your cart.
We cannot refund items, purchased on our website, from these companies. We will be happy to help you exchange and get the correct size or help with damaged or misprinted items.
